Baptism is an outward symbol of what God has done inside your life.
It's a way to tell the world you want to live for Jesus. 
If you have already made the decision to ask Jesus to be your Forever Friend and made the commmitment to live life God's way, baptism could be your next step. 

        1) Complete the form with your info so we can know you and guide you on your faith journey. 

        2) Attend the Kid'sWay Baptism class with your parent(s) or guardian(s)  

        3) Invite your friends and family to your baptism

        4) Tell the world you want to live for Jesus- get baptized!!!

Write a short paragraph answering, "why I want to get baptized".
